Our Payment Options
In order to serve as many residents of Juneau and surrounding areas as possible, we accept a wide range of payment options. Whether going through Medicaid or another insurance provider, self-pay, or using your health savings account (HSA), we’ll gladly assist you.
In-Network Insurance
We accept most major insurance providers including BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Aetna and Cigna. For the smoothest payment process, give our office a call prior to your visit. We’ll gladly provide a benefit check for you to ensure treatment estimates are as accurate as possible.

MacGregor Dental Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Out of courtesy for our staff and to avoid any inconveniences, please be aware that we require 36-hour advance notice for cancellations due to any reason.
Our No Show/No Call Appointment Policy:
• First No-Show: A $75 fee may be assigned.
• Second No-Show: A $100 fee is assigned and due before further treatment is provided; your appointment time will be double booked until confirmed.
• Third No-Show: Dismissal as a patient.
*Please Note: Appointments that are not confirmed by 12:00 PM the day before your scheduled appointment time may be assigned to other patients.
